How can I place an order with CONFETTI FAMILY?

Orders can be placed via phone, email, or in person in our offices. To place an order via email, please use This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.   we will email you a rental agreement and proposal for the equipment being rented. We will reply with you order within one business day. Your order will not be confirmed until the rental agreement, credit card form and payment is received.

Should I book my event early?

We recommend book with us as soon as possible. CONFETTI FAMILY works on a first come, first serve.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon approval of rental agreement in order to reserve your event date.

Changes to my order or event date, how does that work?

Changes to orders or event date can be made at any time two weeks prior to event. But refunds cannot be issued. Event date can be postponed to a later date within 90 days.

How much is delivery and pickup, and what is the minimum?

Delivery and Pickup rates are a flat fee as follows. We require a $500 minimum for delivery.

Events being picked up after 10:00 pm require an "Overnight Pickup Fee" of $80.00
